Payment terms:

50% advance payment is required to start most projects.
Remaining payment is due upon completion or as per milestone agreements.
Late or missed payments may delay or cancel services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate and timely information and approvals.
Respond to content and design drafts in a timely manner.
Ensure they have the legal rights to all content submitted (images, logos, copy, etc.).

We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or late feedback.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

All custom designs, campaigns, and creatives developed by ClickKashi.online remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, you are granted a license to use the deliverables for your business only.
You may not resell or redistribute our work without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClickKashi.online shall not be held liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from service interruptions or errors.
Results that depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google), as these are subject to algorithm changes and external policies.

We provide strategic guidance and creative services, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, follower count, rankings) unless agreed in writing.

7. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and store user data.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.) to deliver services. You agree to be bound by their terms of service in addition to ours when applicable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or client relationship if:

There is a breach of these Terms.
The client is uncooperative, abusive, or fails to pay dues.

In such cases, all work will be stopped immediately and refunds (if applicable) will be at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
